      Never worked with a more cohesive and results driven team. Open and honest communication is actively encouraged. Learning every day while working on exciting projects on the cutting edge of aviation technology!

      Pros

      Small team, leadership is very accessible. Great culture, with a worthwhile mission. We get lunch every day, and we eat it together. People hang out with each other outside of work hours. If I take two steps from my desk I can see our aircraft in the shop. Fancy coffee machine in the office, if you're into that. Standing desks for everyone.

      Cons

      The building is cold in the mornings, but some people wear shorts, so maybe I'm just a wimp.

      Pros

      Pyka has an incredibly supportive culture and smart leadership. They set realistic stretch goals and move quickly to reset as necessary. In addition to a progressive professional environment, we fit in a bit of fun too! The entire team is outstanding - exceptional in their specialties, making the work satisfying and the lunch conversations brilliant!

      Cons

      We are going through a period of growth from prototype to production, which means the workload is pretty heavy while we fill in the gaps with new personnel. This is solvable and we're not expected to work crazy hours, but it adds another dimension to an otherwise well-balanced work load.
