Pros

Challenging, fast-paced environment. Can independently define your own path and if you are a go-getter you can create a niche space for yourself. A lot of freedom and flexibility in work day/schedule. Fun culture and you will like most of the people you work with.

Cons

Middle management is a mess. Lack of knowledge about the people they "oversee", complete lack of understanding of the product, add extra overhead with process work that adds almost no benefit. Poor timeline management. Too many projects and not enough time to do any of them which negatively impact the customers (who they say are the highest priority). Not a lot of defined growth opportunities; you will have to ask and fight for each promotion.

Like the culture. Stable company but with a start up vibe. Has opportunity to grow and get experience in different fields. Company outings are fun and gives a chance to network,

Cons

Some departments not as good. Top management is awesome. Middle management is not talented. Top management is really good though..non managerial staff generally good. But always busy keeping the engine running.
