Really Good Company but Fast-Paced

Pros

There are lots of great people to work with. Fun, Motivating Atmosphere if you can handle fast-paced working environments. Growing industry and plenty of job opportunities.

Cons

Because the environment is so fast-paced, you get no guidance from management, and that's okay. However, you should know what's going on, and you often don't. Communication is tough at any small company though.

Open, communicative atmosphere where the input of individual contributors is highly considered, respected, and influential.

Cons

No drawbacks to the corporate atmosphere, leadership, or work details. The commute downtown being challenging at times but this is the case anywhere.
