Pros

If you are here looking for a job. Please think twice. There have been layoffs. Work is just dumped on those of us that remain. And if you point out that it is more than is feasible to get done in 40 hours you're the problem for pointing it out. 5 years ago this was a different company that had a mission, now it's trying to become cost effective at the cost of service to our customers and at the cost of employees mental health.

Cons

Pathetic raises. Performance reviews are half hearted and out of touch. They like yes men/women/nonbiary. People making decisions are so removed from day to day they are becoming a hindrance to work life balance. No room to move up.

Pros

What little is left of the company culture

Cons

This company used to be one of the greatest places to work, now they refuse to even disclose the best places to work survey results because they know what they are doing to their employees is inexcusable. This place cares more about their new “rebrand”then their actual front line staff. They continue to ignore the elephant in the room that they refuse to do cost of living raises while increasing premiums, even though their employees barely scrape by. Doesn’t matter as long as the ceo can continue to send out praises to the sales team and ignore everyone else’s accomplishments. Doesn’t matter that the place is in total chaos. Changes and unclear processes have led to increased confusion among employees. It’s sad to see all the beloved tenured MELs and employees jump ship. There is no work life balance. They don’t care. As long as they continue to hire incompetent client managers who live off sight and have zero experience and continue to hire in a revolving door of psrs they sell a fake dream to, just to quit later. If you want to see a company continue to implode and pretend they aren’t, this job is for you. Soon they won’t have any staff left and all the rebranding in the world won’t make you look competent in the big book of business. Go to gift health, they at least give high dollar annual bonuses. This place should be embarrassed, but they aren’t cause that would mean they’d have to have the empathy for their employees that they expect them to have for callers screaming at them all day. Bunch of clowns. Also screening the food being purchased in the food court to cut costs just makes you look cheaper than we know you already are.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We understand how deeply personal workplace experiences can be, especially during periods of ongoing change, and we appreciate hearing candid feedback from current employees. As Quantum Health continues to grow and evolve, we recognize that change can feel disruptive and that clarity, communication, and trust are critical. Our leadership team remains committed to listening to employee feedback and using it to inform how we strengthen communication, leadership alignment, and support for our frontline Warriors. While we may not always agree on every interpretation, we take concerns around morale, workload, and culture seriously and regularly review employee input through multiple channels to guide our decisions. Our mission has always centered on caring for our members and the Warriors who serve them, and we continue to invest in initiatives focused on long-term sustainability, development, and engagement across the organization. We know there is always more work to do, and feedback like this helps inform those efforts. We encourage you to share your feedback directly with your HR representative if you would like to discuss your experience in more detail. We appreciate your contributions and your willingness to speak up. Felicia Taylor, CHRO

Pros

Hybrid work, flexibility, On site amenities

Cons

Execs (Directors and above) who speak corporate jargon and never give direct answers. Discrimination against anyone who isn't a white male. No efficiency whatsoever. It takes years to accomplish anything.
