Pros

The people I work with are nice, there's work/life flexibility, and the subject matter is interesting.

Cons

Nothing gets done. They keep hiring more and more people into leadership positions while laying off individual contributors, which has led to even less getting done. I haven't seen a single strategy document or witnessed any company-wide sense of direction aside from empty words since I started working here. The underlying technology of the digital products is antiquated, yet they, like many companies, obsess over building AI into everything. It does not feel promising! The fact that this is healthcare and they are making so many bets makes it all the more concerning.

Pros

Amount of PTO offered and that's probably it.

Cons

While this isn't the worst company I would definitely consider VERY carefully if you are leaving a current position for Quantum Health. There are very bug issues with pay inequality, unfair promotion practices and turning a blind eye to horrible managers and their management of departments by the Directors and VPs. They will sell you on fake standards that no longer exist except in their marketing to get new business that we are completely understaffed to handle. Finally, the health insurance is self-funded by coworkers you will see and interact with in the building who have full access to all of your medical information. Again, if you are unemployed and have no other immediate options it will be fine but I would caution anyone from leaving a position to come here. Not a good idea.

Pros

Very understanding for the most part, no accrual of PTO after first 90 days 3 full weeks PTO is implemented, seems to value PSRs, gives you adequate time to adjust to the very specific standards, coaches you in a forgiving way for any mistakes or opportunities to do better, fully stocked kitchens / snacks and some lunches or dinners provided, work from home for high risk EEs.

Cons

They market themselves as nothing like a call center, providing the best in class service to members and providers alike. The first 6 months you are not held to the high standards of meeting an 11 minute AHT, although urged to improve and keep in mind the standard. They sell the promises of going above and beyond for members / providers, and teach you time and time again how to overpromise, then force you to constantly under deliver. They did not pay fairly for how overworked you are, crappy benefits, always offering OT because they continue to double/ triple growth as the company takes new clients BUT DOES NOT HIRE ENOUGH PSRS to manage the workload. You are expected to give everything your best, keep your promises for followup and then they do not allow you to keep the promise because the "queues are too high and you need to jump back in them". Some managers are AMAZING, but mostly no one will pick up when you need them to, no one will hear your ideas for innovation, they say it's easy to move up but only promote their buddies.
