Pros

Free food, Jeans, give aways, lots of PTO and cool people to work with.

Cons

This company is great if you get past all the smoke and mirrors and realize this is just a call center like any other except your job is 100 times harder! If you did not work as a Bob Evans manager at some point in your life do not expect to be promoted. Also there is a test you need to pass by the end of training or you are fired they do not tell you that up front. After training if you do not pass your quality score with a 95% you are also fired. If you forget to ask for an email you loose 10 points and that makes a 90% right there and you failed the call. If you offer to transfer the call somewhere and you forget to do that at the end of the call its and 80% and you also fail.
