Pros

On site gym and food, both free. Interesting to learn about a new industry that most are not familiar with unless they've worked within. Good people in the company do exist, and they are not management.

Cons

Regardless of the job you are hired to do, you will end up doing anything else they need, including grunt work. They have no regard for your intelligence and ability, they just want you to do what they need. Your title means nothing, it's just a necessity for a business card. You will not be told that you will do other things for your position in the interview. They will sell the position as what it says and you will think what a great place to work. NO, it's not! RUN AWAY, take another job elsewhere. There are very few employees that like working there, they just stay because they are unable to find something else or are afraid. The fear that employees here have of Management is laughable. The HR Director shouldn't even be in her role, she is hateful, condescending, spiteful and rude. Mr. Corman is a nice man, but everyone stops like a deer in headlights when he's around. The workplace is not laid back, it's tense, especially when it comes to management. Trust me, work somewhere else! Also, you will be expected to work long hours and have no personal life.

I work for this company and they dont pay what they say and u r on call 24/7 365. At least drs get paid well to be away from their families. This is the worst decision i have ever made and i am looking for another job. The management here is horrible and there is so much backstabbing its crazy. As soon as i can im out of here
