I’m sorry for how you felt about your career with us. I don’t know how long ago you worked for us, but as a female leader in this organization, who has grown from an associate level role to a director level role, I can assure others that your experience with the organization is not the same experience I’ve had here. In the last two years we have created career paths for all of our corporate departments, and currently 76% of our managers throughout the organization are female and females represent over 50% of our executive committee. Our senior leaders also work hard to keep us informed, with a company-wide weekly newsletter, quarterly town hall meetings and company videos, quarterly performance updates, and regular staff meetings in each department. In the past five years, since we doubled in size, we’ve implemented software and/ or process changes in every corporate department.

We hear regularly from staff that their favorite thing about working here are “the people”, and your review echoes that sentiment. We do consider associates’ Total Rewards package, and in addition to base salaries, offer every full and part-time associate a quarterly bonus plan, and as you mentioned other great benefits. We are working on more defined career paths for associates and closely evaluating market data for base salaries.
