      Executive level management needs a reality check

      Pros

      Caring and compassionate frontline staff Great teamwork and cohesiveness Always trying to do the best for each patient

      Cons

      Executive-level management is missing the opportunity to keep great employees by paying lower-than-market wages. With the cost of living going up +/- 8% each year, offering the staff a 2% raise is demoralizing and frankly insulting. The staff all talk about their salaries and collectively feel underpaid, unappreciated, and less loyal as a result.

      Lots of overwork and low pay

      Pros

      My team is great. We always have each other’s back when things are bad.

      Cons

      There seems to be a lot more cons the past year and it’s not getting better. We have lots of new managers and executives that are more focused on getting us ready to be sold again than actually helping make the company great again. Every week I email someone new and they have left because of the culture. Turnover is extra high and no one seems to care. Our entire Human Resources team quit because the new leadership and culture is so bad. Then we fired our patient process associates and replaced them with temps so we don’t have to actually hire. Pay is really low, everyone who left is making significantly more elsewhere.

      Pros

      It used to be a decent company and some of those people are still around.

      Cons

      The new board and CEO are in the process of destroying the company without realizing or caring. They obviously have a short sighted goal of flipping this company to some poor suckers in the near future since the only thing they care about is the balance sheet. Compensation is not competitive, and don't expect to have raises or bonuses. Don't plan on being promoted through competence.
