High Potential But Old Fashioned

Pros

This company has great potential, good vision and good leadership, especially the CEO. Associates are generally nice to each other. They really care about the patient.

Cons

Low pay, not much of an upward growth mainly due to longevity of employment of others in front of you, old fashioned, wild wild west mentality to handle situations at hand, unrealistic expectations and low on maturity scales across the board from industry standards. Lot of finger pointing and throwing under the bus situations.

* Standard policies, processes * Quarterly bonuses available to all clinic staff * Small clinics with friendly co-workers

Cons

* Unrealistically tight scheduling leads to frequent patient delays that could be avoided with better planning. * Pay is on the low side for industry.
