Awesome company to work for. Leadership is the best in the business. Great work life balance and good benefits.

Cons

Multiple billing systems because of acquisitions, but will be consolidating into one. The future looks great for CDI.

Pros

Steady paycheck and the opportunity for quarterly bonuses. Flexible schedule with prior approval from management.

Cons

Your opinion is never valued. This company had tunnel vision when it comes to project management. They are ALWAYS reactive instead of being proactive. Known to make several "verbal" decisions and later forget the reasoning behind their decisions. The leadership in this company is extremely poor. Your success in the company is linked to who you know rather than how you perform. The people are fake and rude. Management is never open for new ideas. Teamwork isn't a concept at this company. If you decide to work here document everything because these people won't hesitate to throw their fellow teammates under the bus.
