Thanks for sharing your experience about working at CDI! We are proud of our associates and managers, and the environment they create for our patients and each other! We also are committed to ensuring our equipment is up-to-date in order to provide excellence in clinical quality for our patients. We do review market data annually and will look at rates for MRI Technologists as part of that process.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on working at CDI. We are proud that the compassion and teamwork of our staff is a highlight on both patient satisfaction surveys and our associate opinion survey. However we are puzzled by the comment of no raises for six years. We do acknowledge merit increases were delayed this year, a decision we did not make lightly and that was due to impacts seen throughout the healthcare industry at the beginning of 2014, however merit increases for 2014 have now been awarded and were awarded in April for each of the prior years mentioned in the post. We encourage the poster of the comment to reach out to their market Vice President or HR for more information on the merit increase process.
