Were a bit behind the times when I started, in terms of CI/CD, Agile etc.
But are getting up-to-date really quickly and we're now ahead of the curb I'd say... well my team is.
I'd say hiring needs to be dramatically improved.
The actual interview process is very much down to the individual team, and I think the team I applied for (and now work for) was pretty good. But it took me ages to find RES, and I was looking in the evenings for months for pretty much this exact job.
If you don't think the job description fits, just apply, there's lots of need around the company, and moving about is often offered.
