Company continues to grow and purchase additional companies despite cutting costs in terms of consultant compensation including incentive bonuses. When I joined it was a boutique consulting firm with a high level of rigor in the interview and screening process and people were put first before profit. Now it has the look and feel of any other conglomerate: profit for investors first, people are dispensable. Hard to get promotions or raises even with a proven track record or positive feedback from clients. Will be asked to go above and beyond, help build infrastructure but no compensation or recognition for extra, non-billable work. You can get promoted in title but won’t be compensated. Sad to see the company I loved (R&Q) becoming another big company that doesn’t value or care about its people anymore.

You will not feel appreciated. You will be pushed to generate billable hours over the base 40 (there is no compensation for this) Vacation must be booked 45 days in advance and have multiple approvals. All staff are under a 30 day no billable hours termination policy. Stress is extremely high as no PTO is accrued. and you are at the whims of a sales group with constantly changing metrics from the Private Equity that bought the company. Leadership is detached from the staff. If you are a professional at another company know that coming here outside of the leadership group will make you a temp worker. The PE is too busy on acquisitions to focus on fixing issues. The company mantra is "the plus is the people", the company has no IP, no factories, the product is the people and THEIR knowledge. loose that and loose everything.
