Strongly reconsider to come work here. Look at leaderships background op and commercial and sales and see if the background matches the current title. Leadership doesn’t know what they are doing therefore sit around all day running reports on who is active on teams or not. If you provide any sort of feedback or concern prepare to be terminated for giving an opinion. Leadership frequently lies to try and win client work and are unethical to try and close deals. Run from here. They have fired numerous people during their “probabtionary period” after sucking them dry of work and intel.

They have a great reputation in Pittsburg. Flashy company. Nice people.

Cons

Company has no really plans for expansion. They just hire people and hope that the work comes in. They are a small player in comparison to competition. Overpriced services in the market place. Steel people away from good positions with empty promises.
