There are honestly too many to list. Management just continues to make wrong decisions and not investing properly into the business. It now has turned into daily whippings around deal closure and pipeline. They made a decision about a year ago to let go over 10% of their operational workforce and outsourced even more to overseas. Support and ability to deliver has tanked since so much of the talent has left and continues to leave the company. They clearly do not understand how poor operations and inability to deliver impacts their ability to actually book deals. They are on a quick and steep decline across the board, new service offerings are rolled out but they don’t have the operational staff to support them translating to a nightmare customer experience. Their “Fanatical Support” is dead and long gone, most groups are overworked and things grind to a halt most of the time. Senior management and its constant resolving door and tone deaf layers could careless about their employees, company culture is none existent. They acquire companies and just completely drive them into the ground, they have no concept of brand identity or loyalty. They expect their sales staff to pull rabbits out of hats and rush customers to sign only to hand over to an understaffed delivery team that is in no way empowered to do their job successfully. If they only knew what the word empathy means it might be a better place to work. Avoid them at all costs!
