Pros

Zero. Zilch. Nada. None. 0

Cons

Expensive insurance, no raises, over worked, under paid, hire new students without experience and rush them to Lean a modality they are short in, patients suffer with long wait times and subpar imaging since schedules are over booked and techs are rushed.

Pros

Coworkers were generally nice, middle management is a bit scattered but they were very passionate about their jobs. It gave you a lot of exposure to speaking with technicians and radiologists, if you are in school for any type of medicine it was a great way to learn about the field.

Cons

Upper management rules with a heavy fist & there was a VERY high turnover rate. I worked in the call center and we were alotted two 5 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch. If you weren't back on the phones within 60 seconds of your time slot, you would get a warning. Three warnings and you're out. There were 30+ of us, but no more than 2 people could use PTO at the same time. Preference was given based on seniority/tenure, so you had to fight for the vacation days that you earned. It's very clear that the company's upper tier management only has dollar signs in mind. We were expected to take 100+ phone calls per day and were reprimanded if we were underperforming. They cared more about the volume of calls than the quantity of the calls. The company purchased 12 new facilities that we had to schedule patients for, but they only hired an extra 3+ new employees during that time frame.

Pros

Nice staff, great docs, love my coworkers, decent benefits, wish I could say more but honestly cannot think of anything else positive.

Cons

No raises, even though the company is thriving, it never trickles down to the employees. Although, the managers get bonuses, however, the employees who make the revenue get nothing.
