Uninspiring Employer Offers No Room For Growth

Pros

RadNet can help entry-level employees achieve corporate and health care experience.

Cons

Lower level employees are often treated as disposable regardless of their contributions. Little is done to motivate and inspire hardworking lower level employees, which leads to discontent and low morale. Middle and upper management will not hesitate to ask lower level employees to go above any beyond or to take on additional responsibilities, yet this is not rewarded with promotions or raises. Nepotism is a huge problem among the upper ranks. New and existing middle and upper management positions are often filled by friends and family members of those already embedded in the upper ranks, without regard for qualifications, and this contributes to a sense of ineptitude throughout the company.

Pros

Enjoyed taking care of the patients. Also, met some hard working people. However most quality employees don't last very long there.

Cons

Very poor salary, no raises or bonuses. No training provided for support staff. Staff made to lie to patients. There is an incentive program that allows managers hire friends and family &be reimbursed for referring them to the company. Many inept & unqualified people working here.
