Workload can be heavy during month-end and quarter-end close, and the fast-paced environment may require occasional extended hours. Some internal processes could be more streamlined, as communication between departments can at times be challenging

The pay and team initially seemed great. However, the secretary harassed me, my manger was very nasty and did not prioritize work life balance, other team members that worked in other countries did not respect or try to accommodate the time zone difference so there were times I was in the office at 5am and still had to complete a full day shift. It was grueling and fueled quick burnout.
