I do not believe there was one pro except working at home 3 days week.

Cons

Awful managers. Blame all their disorganization on employees. Overload of work and unrealistic expectations. Their values are not followed at all. It is all lip service to try to look good. Was so relieved when I left. Awful environment. Burnout happens quickly and can't ever recover. Stay away!

Inadequate and inconsistent training by short temper and condescending techs. Lack responsibility and patience by using gaslighting tactics.

Flexible scheduling, understanding boss and management team, really treat employees well, good work and life balance, internal promotions, great benefits

Cons

sitting for long periods of time, desks adjust to stand but it can be tough sitting all day.
