Pros

They have full benefits including medical/dental/vision/PTO. The paychecks arrive on time.

Cons

Radnet grossly underpays employees. They show no respect for employees or patients. They expect their radiologic technologists to fix all mistakes involving the patient including scheduling, insurance designation, patient profile information, and obtaining appropriate requisitions, obtaining prior studies etc. They expect mammo techs to pressure sell DBT to patients whether they would benefit from it or not. They are all about numbers and money. They have not given any form of a raise in 9 years. Morale is extremely low and the work environment is toxic. They do not care about the patient's health... only getting more money.Advancement in responsibility is dependent on brown nosing; not experience or skill.

Pros

Depending on the position you are doing makes all the difference. Working as IT I have a lot of freedom and get to travel around.

Cons

They are outsourcing a lot of positions so if your position can be outsourced then just be prepared. They also don't give raises at all so negotiate your salary when you get hired because you will likely be with it for a long time unless you get promoted or switch to another position.
