Pros

Nobody really cares about the task at hand. You can work when and wherever you want. If your manager calls you out you just threaten to quit and they kiss your but to stay.

Cons

See above. Company is small time, and trying to be bought. Founder is going to jail and product is a joke in the industry.

Great Work-life balance, actually no work-only life :) People more or less respectful of each other.

Cons

Offshoring the core product teams and literally no effort of improvisation sounded the death knell. The entire mid management was/is only interested in wasting people's time with no clear direction from the product. The entire product chain is broken and crappy.Just imagine these teams have been nurtured for years before the mgmt "realized" that they were good for nothing.

Management encourages employees to falsely accuse customers of not completing offers so they do not have to issue rewards and the company gets to keep 100% of the profits.
