New headquarters. Standard perks.

Cons

Leadership departures, layoffs and limited resources have put increased pressure on the people who remain. Lack of vision and meaningful product innovation. Former CEO is an ongoing distraction.

Pros

Great company, collaborative culture, everyone wants to make an impact. Great learning experience as well. Ability to own projects and get noticed. Good compensation package. Stocked kitchen with snacks and drinks.

Cons

Still some growing pains, but no different than any other late stage startup. Former CEO, even though he's been gone for 2+ years, somehow impacts the company's public perception. Its a shame. Benefits are ok.

Location is fidi so its good is you are from SF, but the office is small and they are not willing to move to a bigger office.
