Pros

Brand new HQ in San Francisco stocked with snacks and lots of new collaborative space.

Cons

The majority of employees no longer feel valued by upper management and a mass exodus has occurred, resulting in extremely low morale. Employees who left are not being replaced and workloads are stacking up on the folks sticking around. Overall lack of transparency and openness in what our struggles are and how we're going to combat them. No clear vision forward.

Flexible work life balance. Some good people here trying to stick it out. Product is decent, though there are too many "me too" companies in the space, making it hard to stand out.

Cons

The company has lost too many good sales people and is trying to replace them on the cheap. Management team isn't very strong and seems to only be looking for an exit as opposed to trying to rebuild a strong team. Most of the people left are simply biding their time or actively looking to get out. The overall negative morale is outweighing any positive feelings or momentum the company has or could start to build.
