Pros
The employees at Rainfocus are hands-down, some of the most excellent people I've ever had the opportunity to work with. The culture is fantastic and I really feel like people have my back and want me to succeed. For the most part everyone pulls their weight and then some. Process wise, there seems to be a good balance of needed process with flexibility of being able to complete job functions as needed. We are constantly working on improving things at the company and ensuring long term success for both our employees and our customers. As far as the product goes, it's been built very quickly and is impressively powerful and flexible. The ability to configure it in various different ways allows our services team to solve problems as necessary with their clients. The engineers here are some of the best I've worked with and we release a lot of code. Our outlook seems positive as we continue to bring on new business and are executing at the highest levels. Although we are a start-up to some degree, the people that run this company are able to do so in a much more mature way given the experience they have in the market & industry. I am excited to see what the next 5+ years are going to look like as we continue to grow and expand.
Cons
There is no shortage of work that needs to get done. Rainfocus doesn't necessarily demand you work extra hours, but in order to really stay on top of everything, there are often times where I end up working over weekends or in the evenings. We are moving very quickly, and as such people that work here need to be adaptable and able to deal with juggling many things at the same time.
