Pros

Company makes an effort to do fun things for staff (quarterly parties, free lunch, snacks, breakfast). Aside from leadership team, co-workers are amazing.

Cons

Office politics get in the way of completing work. Leadership team micromanages everything. Salary is very low. CEO and parent company CEO are treated like gods. If you don't care about not being able to have an opinion and you're interested in just doing what you're told, regardless if it's right or not, then apply for a position here.

Pros

Amazing coworkers, team spirits and perks. There's something different every day of the week, whether it's company HH, free breakfast or free lunch.

Cons

Lack of appreciation or valuation on good employees, Office politics and terrible leadership in management was one of the biggest reason why I left the company.

Cons

WAY too many VP's & SVPS - it's like a bank. And while the C levels are trying, it surprises many of the employees that they have lasted this long when so many things have gone wrong (acquisition integrations still not happening after 3+ years, people directly responsible for revenue/growth failing to grow revenue, etc).
