Pros

Employee compensation is competitive for the market.

Cons

Do yourself a favor and avoid working here. Management is fickle with their loyalty and has no shame about playing favorites. Management performance reviews and increases are subjective due to very loosely defined categories. Human Resources is in lock step with management and will let you go without notice and without cause. The controller assigned completing her CPE credits to staff. Software used by accounting is incredibly outdated. Management is extremely entitled in their positions and self preservation is their chief priority, to the detriment of their staff and the company in general.

Pros

Ability to Request a 4 day; 10 hour workweek. Work Independently (for the most part). Pay is above Average for the Area. Most Supervisors want to help you Improve. There are Opportunities for Growth

Cons

Customer's can be extremely Demanding & Disrespectful The expectations are unreasonable; it is not easy to be both personable and provide all of the information necessary. Dispatchers can be dismissive and rude; all while we must offer all pertinent information. There are massive amounts of information you have to keep track of all of the time while you are speaking and while you receive information. They want your call times under 1 minute and 5 seconds when taking calls. People will interrupt you; but you still have to find a way to fully notify them. The policies for inbound calls are very particular and can be extremely difficult to navigate; especially considering that we are two people having a conversation, rather than the employee being a robot. It is not as easy to get a promotion as they say and you pretty much have to have perfect attendance to be considered. They will interview you for positions, knowing that you wont be hired for them; don't apply unless you're doing massive amounts of Overtime and have perfect attendance.
