Pros

The benefits are good if you’re there long enough

Cons

The job is stressful, you will most likely gain weight, develop health problems and hate your life. They only allow you bring in a sick note to excuse absences every 3 months. So you better not t let the operator next to get you sick. Sick-time is an illusion. They take your pto and sick time if you get sick.

Pros

Compensation was great, benefits were also good. They set you up for success as best as possible with a month long course.

Cons

The work environment felt almost hostile and the higher ups liked to show off the look of the place to investors frequently.
