Pros

I have worked at Rapid Response for about 2 1/2 years and I really enjoy working there. They offer rotating shifts, wellness days, PTO, health benefits, raises and opportunities for advancement. Their motto is to protect life and property and I find it’s fulfilling being there for someone when they need it. The first month is all about training and can feel intense because of all the information but the trainers are really nice and want you to succeed. Even after training you are continuing to learn new skill sets and you always have the supervisors to help with any questions. In my opinion it’s a very supportive environment and probably the best job I’ve had.

Cons

they treat you like a child, can't read or color or do anything between phone calls. Makes the day go by incredibly slow. Oh and timed restroom breaks and have to take a hall pass when you go.
