Great benefits starting out, good pay. Promote from within for promotions. People complain about being on duty but this job is Emergency response, of course you are on duty, and of course it's important to have people on duty at all times. So breaks are scheduled, it's not a surprise, we are working to save lives!

Cons

Need a bigger break room and locker room, but new building opening soon is supposed to have more room for this and we need it with the company growing.

I can't in good faith say anything good about this place.

Cons

Well, after a year of working in such an unpleasant environment, I've finally realized what it's like to be a prisoner. The scheduling is horrible. They treat you like dirt on their shoe. They have no respect for their employees and they have such a high turn over right. They suck the life right out of you. I in good faith could not recommend it to anyone. And the managers are pompous and act like their jobs are the best thing ever. You always have to get permission to use the rest room. They treat you like children
