My supervisor is caring and supportive while also giving me a lot of autonomy. I know what I’m doing every day and why I’m doing it and how it makes a difference for the mission.

Cons

Lack of transparency in decision making. Sometimes our core values aren’t fully realized in action. Lots of layoffs recently contributes to uncertainty.
