      Pros

      The company itself is growing by leaps and bounds, you It feel the excitement. I am a dispatcher and my entire team along with the operations dept. in general are willing to help with anything, There is a true family atmosphere, I can say that the people that work in my general vicinity truly care about the carriers and we all do our best to create a safe and fair environment for all of our carriers. The amount of community service that this company provides to local and national organizations is mind blowing, People are generally happy here and everyone is beyond willing to help.

      Cons

      This is a very stressful position but you can find help anywhere you turn.

      Pros

      Exciting "Start-up" Operation environment with entrepreneurial spirit, energy and leadership with a vision to bring the company to exciting new heights. This small, fast growing company has the benefits of a start-up, flexibility, a family-like feel, young enthusiastic workforce - with the advantage of being a subsidiarity of Cox Automotive. It is in the family of companies of Manheim and Cox Communications. Great Benefits, Compassionate and Caring Management, Covered Parking, Excellent Career Growth potential. As the company grows - every employee's opportunities will expand as well. Nice lounge area for employees to relax in for breaks and lunch with Netflix and leather, cushy recliners. On site, large break room. Nice open work area and employee recognition programs. Employees who are engaged and interested in growing with the company will do great here. Great Place to Work!

      It is a start up. There are financial constraints at the beginning of any start up. This company has a bright future with a leadership team with a plan. They will get there.

      Pros

      The company was recently bought out by Manheim, so that adds some credibility to the company. Additionally, if you are extremely ambitious, there is some (albeit minimal) opportunity for upward mobility. The company is also good about hiring for new positions from within their current pool of employees.

      Cons

      * The business model is not good (largely dependent upon truck drivers that have ZERO accountability). * Very immature, small-minded, micro-managing sales managers with no management-training or prior management experience (the work environment is a lot like high school and you are always being watched or gossiped about). * Work load is too extreme and unrealistic. * Angry/dissatisfied customers call constantly.

      Thank you for your feedback. Your concerns have been elevated to Senior Management for review. Our Leader, President Jerry Tassone, came on board in August of 2013, and has great Leadership skills and a history of building outstanding organizations. That of course, includes building a strong leadership culture. We are excited about our future.
