      Pros

      - Wonderful colleagues - smart, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. - Strong team-level culture that fosters trust and autonomy. - For much of my time at Redgate, the company maintained a thoughtful and balanced approach to work and life.

      Cons

      - Leadership's handling of the recent reorganization felt abrupt and impersonal. - Long-standing commitments (like certain benefits) were reversed without compensation or clear communication. - After more than five years with the company, the exit process felt cold and misaligned with the values Redgate often promoted internally.

      Pros

      Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Culture - talked about alot but frankly it isn't a good culture. Leadership doesn't have a good sales strategy Most reps continue to miss their targets. Plenty of product issues Sales cycles are extremely long for very small deals. Executives don't have the patience it takes to properly build an enterprise sales team. There is also an inner circle which is hard to penetrate and if you aren't in it, your days are numbered.

      Redgate, more like Red Flag

      Pros

      There are some great people at this company and it's a joy to collaborate with them on a daily basis. The product (while very niche) has a place in the market to deliver value to clients.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is practically non-existent in the US market. Product teams are extremely slow to innovate and are being surpassed by competitors Marketing has no idea how to deliver top-of-funnel leads and there's a good reason why nobody is familiar with Redgate.
