Cons

This has been the most disappointing experience with executive leadership I’ve ever had. The culture actively rewards poor behavior and displays blatant favoritism—progress depends more on being part of the “in crowd” than on merit. Ethical considerations are often disregarded in decision-making, creating a toxic environment. During my time here, the only meaningful lesson I’ve learned is how not to treat others in a professional setting.

Leader in the industry, competitive compensation, managers who care, colleagues who work hard, Great office environment. Free weekly breakfast/lunches, snacks and drinks. Nice events from time to time.

Cons

So much of what we do is impacted by external market conditions, it can be a volatile industry. Since it's a smaller company, upward promotion opportunities can sometimes feel limited and can take time, but I still feel like I am growing and learning in my role which I like.
