Excellent salary structure, beautiful office location, great benefits...

Cons

With the departure of the founding, top executive leadership to the current leadership, the culture transitioned from a fairly transparent, somewhat flat organizational structure to an opaque, rigidly hierarchical good-old-boy system.

Where do I start? The opportunity for professional growth is extraordinary! The management team is down to earth and very approachable. The culture is definitely one of a kind and the company takes the time to consider what makes employees happy. I have worked for some great companies in the past...and I am not exaggerating when I say this one takes the cake!

Cons

I have been with the company for 5 months...and no cons to report of.

Pros

Redwood gives superior salaries to make up for the hours and demands. They also highly encourage you to learn about the industry and to move between departments. They pay for their employees to take a Volunteer day and do various outings to promote team building.

Cons

The COO, recently promoted from VP of Residential has a poor attitude toward his workers and can often be heard yelling and demeaning them. If you are not a part of his Frat Boy Club, you are most likely to be let go in less than two years and not have opportunities for promotion.
