Pros

Meet lots of new people, make lots of friends. Low-key job, pretty easy going unless it's a weekend. Great first job for students or anyone wanting a relaxed atmosphere. It does kill your social life though.

Cons

Lots of exercise and walking around gets very tiring. Kills social life, you always work weekends and nights but it can be very fun if you enjoy hanging with your co-workers.

Pros

1. Free Popcorn 2. Free movies. 3. Sometimes you get to see movies earlier if the General Manager is ok with it.

Cons

- Minimum Wage - Because of health care reform, they are lowering everyones shifts to 3 days a week. (not enough money to pay any type of bills) -Managers can be dimwits

Pros

Free movies. This is the best perk of all. Really not much else besides free popcorn and soda on your breaks.

Cons

Low pay. You often have to do things that have already been done to stay busy, making things monotonous and pointless. Also, being a ticket-taker at the door sometimes requires 6-8 hours of standing in one place, even when NOBODY is coming in, to be the 'face of the company'. This can be EXTREMELY tiring and boring. C'mon Regal, if nobody's coming in, give the door guy a rest...
