Pros

Good company to learn about financing from.

Cons

Upper management is all about themselves, take advantage of employees, terrible compensation, nobody is on the same page (get 5 different answers for one problem), they tell you what you want to hear.

Pros

I had a few good co-workers.

Cons

Nothing management promised ever happened. Is it legal to work an employee 40 hours promising medical benefits but never following through? I waited 10 weeks and asked numerous times when my benefits were going to be in effect and could never get a straight answer. I was expected to sell their product, make quota and work 40 hours but not have benefits. Also very understaffed so while co-workers were off sick or at doctors appointments I worked for them but I had no benefits. No thank you!
