Pros

I work with a great team and enjoy going to work. Management is very supportive, from mid-level to executive. I feel very comfortable escalating any issues to them, and am confident that they will respond positively to me.

Cons

Pay is not very good and there is little direction for career advancement, although the opportunities are there.

Nice people, easy systems to learn and use, there is a lot of room for advancement if you want it, how far you go is dependent on your desire to work hard, lots of positive praise

Cons

The pay is on the lower end for banking. Procedure is more lax than other banks I have worked for which can be a problem

Training classes: within and outside the bank. Free checking account setup with no min. deposit amount.

Cons

There is no job recognition for the associates at the bottom of the food chain. Seems that recognition comes at the AVP level or higher.
