      They care about their employees and are investing in a program to improve the associate experience.

      Cons

      They don't always get things right the first time, however they are a nimble organization & will make the necessary adjustments to get it right.

      Pros

      The company has great values and does truly put the customer first. Although the management talent and overall morale for each dept varies greatly, Regions as a whole has a lot of talented managers and makes great efforts to instill the Regions Values amongst it's employees.

      Cons

      Regions doesn't compare to industry standards in the compensation category. Benefits are a lot less than compared to pre Regions/Amsouth merger.

      Pay is more than minimum wage, paid sick days & vacation, people, incentive bonuses

      Cons

      customers, goals are hard to meet, constantly selling products and services and it takes away from trying to serve the customer
