Pros

Local management and work atmosphere; decent bonuses if you are able to exceed your goals; flexible work schedule as long as meeting goals

Cons

Corporate executives seem to have a lack of concern for their employees. Seem to be very focused on making money for themselves while cutting out perks and cutting bonuses for staff that actually produces businesses. Lack of communication on where the company it going.

Pros

Great group of people but that varies by branch. Customer service is what really sells Regions and separates the company from other institutions.

Cons

Can be stressful because of the amount of responsibility you have and there are some things that are beyond your control that could land you in hot water. Also, you deal with people and their money so if they have issues with their account, the conversation can get heated if not handled in an appropriate manner.
