      Pros

      Company is ethical, mnagement is supportive. Regions has a good franchise and is working hard to serve its customers better every day.

      Cons

      Troubled times mean uncertainty. In my part of the bank, expense control is overdone, though in fairness, it is a good thing in challenging financial times for success and retention of jobs.

      Everyone is very nice and people truly want to help. HR is great, Upper management is awesome, and Regions has a pretty good reputation

      i don't have any cons for the company. it is like every other bank. Unorganized, bureaucratic , and slow to move up

      Good place to work if you want to learn how to be a teller.

      Pros

      It is a good place to learn standard bank operating procedures and government standards for banking. It is a good place to learn cash handling and basic teller functionality. It is a large bank, but still has the feel of a small community bank.

      Cons

      It is very difficult to transfer or to advance from your current position. Current bank fees are high and customer dissatisfaction is becoming greater as fees increase, making it even harder to reach sales quotas.
