      Pros

      Good resume add/ stepping stone for better careers.

      Cons

      Having a good job experience I'd highly dependent on your management. Hired in with an amazing manager- quit with one who didn't seem to know what they were doing. HATE HATE HATE how much they push making appointments, "next step" convos, etc etc. I signed up to be a teller- not to be a covert salesman.

      Once was a great place to work

      Pros

      Historically regions has been good to promote with in thigh that has died off recently

      Cons

      Regions holds “Do the right thing”, “Put People First” and “Enjoy Life as 3 of its 5 pillars. The way it has handled return to the office has been heavy handed, unenpathetic and violating these principles. They care more about butts in seats on specific days than quality of work and employee productivity. Also the implementation on this has been anything but equitable. Many associates are forced to return to office while most if not all coworkers are full remote. Most new hires on our telemarketer have been hired full remote even as associates with 10-20 years of high impact reviews have to return to office

      Pros

      Regions really cares about you as a employee and a person. You are more than a payroll number to the company. Excellent benefits. Model employer for work life balance

      Cons

      Like any new job it can seem overwhelming if you try to rush the process. Trust the training and don`t try to over do it to quick. Regions wants you to take your time.
