The higher up management does not care about employees opinions or what’s best for their employees. They randomly mandate rules that employees must follow, or risk losing their job over, and there is VERY little will to work with employees on a better alternative. They do not look at their employees job performance when making decisions & decide to follow a “blanket” rule system, that every employee must adhere to, rather than looking at or asking for each employees opinions.

Glass ceiling for growth, still a good ole boy environment. Talent and skills won't get you promoted, only close connections with the senior management.
