Pros

Schedule is th best part of the job.

Cons

The company doesn’t protect you from fraud. You can find yourself unemployed if you process transactions that later are found out to be fraudulent…on no fault of your own.

Pros

Pros include supportive training and management, easy access to information and resources, fairly frequent employee appreciation such as snacks, lunch, etc

Cons

I found ring on the phones to be anxiety-inducing, just blindly taking one call after another. The phone calls would often go pretty well, but I found that I have a bit of phone anxiety around it. It's better on emails, but you do find yourself answering the same basic questions on a frequent basis, which becomes frustrating, especially when you know they have easy access to the information on their end.
