      benefits are inexpensive and federal holidays off

      Cons

      pay Bonus out of reach Always have you doing the teller job instead of your job decreasing the opportunity to hit your bonus Upper management sucks Not transparent when branches around are getting robbed left and right

      Pros

      Good coworkers at the branch level who want to succeed. Opportunities to build customer relationships locally. Benefits package is competitive with industry standards.

      Cons

      Corporate leadership is out of touch with branch realities and micromanages instead of trusting local leaders. Poor staffing mix creates heavier workloads for managers. Incentive program is poorly designed; unclear metrics and inconsistent payouts (only ~50% qualify). HR is more focused on protecting the company than supporting associates.

      Pros

      The people you work with day to day are great. They care about the job and the people around them. Legacy of the company formerly having a gray culture.

      Cons

      Going down hill fast. Major shifts in leadership in the last 4 years have led to a significant declines in the people first culture they profress to push. Pay it's mediocre and they completely rob internal promotion/hires with a draconian pay raise schedule. Flexible/ remote work is on the way out there.
