blah no micromanagement at all good vactaion time off

Cons

Other brand new techs being hired at a higher pay rate than those that have held the position for over 6 years... new guys dont know how to troubleshoot, they just replace a part that is what they think is bad. They dont know how to use a multimeter, hire them off the street and refuse to give raises to their senior guys.

Financial troubles Managers and the way to the top that don't gaf about anything but themselves Old and unsafe equipment
