      I think some of the team members are good to work with

      Toxic work place, empmoyees are expected to work really hard for a lazy manager that micromanages and points out every small detail thats wrong but never acknowledge the amazing ability you show to handle such a high volume of patients efficiently. We work for manager who never did our job just transfer from other places. My eork feels like I am run through a blender every shift, then I get treated bad by leadership. The turnover is really high in patient access but they dont seem to appreciate those of us who stick it out and remain loyal to the company. I will also quit soon, just looking for another job

      Severe shortstaffing issues

      We work really hard together to make this disaster zone function, teamwork

      Cons

      Renown is so shortstaffed due to high turnover and incompetent HR. They would like to run the hospital on a very thin crew to save money. Morale is very low, the stress of caring for way too many people some critical without enough staff.

      A little learning experience while in school

      Cons

      I have never worked in a place with so much drama. If you cant fut in with the cool kids you wont last, this company does not honor hard work and dedication, its all politics. If your one of the cool kids you dont even have to work very hard youll get by just by being with the in crowd. The rest if us work hard under constant insecurity no knowing when the drama will end your career, it is a really messed up place to work.
