I feel that management sets us up for failure then belittle us for not performing the unrealistic workload were given

Pros

Great people, co-workers and colleagues is the only reason I could give an extra star. I love these people I work with they are amaxing and truley beleive in our mission.

Cons

What a manager that comes from elsewhere expects of us is totaly unrealistic, butn oyt is endemic and the lazy manager who is distant from us talks down and gossips about us. Management is proud and can nit be spproached with advice, any attemot to make suggestions which will improve the workload for all will be met with hostility and employees who speak up are firced out. These are hoid oeople who work hard and really contribute lising their careers to politics. Our management recently held a meeting where they told us it is ok to skip your lunch break if your behind on your work, just work all day without a break and we will pay youban extra 30 minutes. Does it sound like tbey care or want to retain quality people.

Good for people without experience, if you have it stay away!

Pay was fair. Good place to get experience, but that's it.

Cons

Too much work for one person to handle with unrealistic deadlines. Management preaches one message, but then does the complete opposite. Lots of politics and back stabbing.

Paycheck ad good cafeteria food.

Cons

I been working here almost a year and my question is why hire so many lab assistants if you're going to fire them or simply people quit. Like saying goes people don't leave good company's but they leave bad bosses. I'm tired of always being short staff !!! You fired the good strong employees for morning run. I will soon quit this is not the company it's not for everybody
