Renown Health reviews

There is ABSOLUTELY NO TRANSPARENCY at all (No communication between departments, no ownership, Dont worry there wont be any layoffs - then a week later layoffs happen), Bullying and racism happens on the daily here (favoritism is the ONLY way you can get promoted to higher levels, Racist remarks happen from time to time, with HR only saying "What do you want us to do about it?"), No mentorship (leadership does a horrible job in mentoring), Training is awful (basically just do it the same way we have always been doing it), Honestly it feels like I was back in High School (the popular kids run the show here), they do not care about your advice (Renown doesn't like change), they claim to care about diversity but they don't have a diversity group (no one cares about the minorities that work at Renown)

Leadership is sadly not helpful, they do not work in the trenches with staff, so they don't have a great grasp of what people need help with. Hard to get a hold of. Sadly there is a big support deficit, between those on the frontline and those in leadership. Tony the CEO seems to only be about himself and his TedTalks, instead of really helping and understanding his employees.
