Pros

There are many pros to working at Renown. -Free courses for personal and professional growth -Tuition reimbursement -Amazing healthcare benefits Just to name a few! I love working for Renown because I feel like my team truly supports my professional growth. This is the first time I have worked for a company that not only says you can grow in the company, but also takes steps to help you do so. I have the privilege of working with many different departments in the organization and I love that no matter which team I am working with, you feel like part of the team because we are all working towards the same clearly defined initiatives. I also love the work/life balance! I not only get to work in a career that I love, but I also get to be a part of the community and do volunteer work as a part of the different committees in the organization.

Cons

The only downfall in the organization that I have noticed is sometimes there is an issue with communication among the different teams and the understanding of what we are moving as a whole. This is rare, but it does happen.

Renown Health gives you the opportunity to expand your career growth by offering courses within the organization to learn about yourself and what your role is in the success the organization. The established "just culture" at Renown has helped everyone in the organization have a voice and hold themselves and their peers or even leadership teams accountable, because of just culture there is a sense of open communication throughout the organization and more people are willing to stop the line and speak up. No matter what your role is Renown gives you tools and the opportunity to know that you are making a difference.
